Oversite specializes in owner’s representative and development consulting services from project inception to turnover.  Since 2014, our leadership team has worked together on projects totaling $165 million.  Specialty areas include healthcare, education, corporate, and government projects. 

We combine expertise in site acquisition, financing, development, building ownership, leasing coordination, preconstruction, design-assist, and construction coordination services all in one company – giving you the peace of mind that project risks are minimized and goals are achievable. With the right mix of experience at all levels of project delivery, Oversite can help you successfully navigate through your next project.

Oversite is based in Middle Tennessee but serves clients in multiple locations across the United States.

Jim has more than 30 years of experience in real estate, project design, and construction.  His portfolio of expertise includes multiple medical, education, general commercial, and residential developments. Jim prides himself on his longstanding reputation of integrity and exceptional client experiences.  He is an active pillar of the Franklin, Tennessee community and currently sits on the boards of Williamson Medical Center and First Bank. He attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Joey has more than 45 years of experience in the construction industry and has been involved in over 200 projects in 20 states totaling over $7 billion.  His impressive resume highlights include Senior VP at Joe M. Rodgers Construction, and COO for Central U.S. Operations at Skanska.  He is also active in the Middle Tennessee community and currently serves on the Tennessee Board of Regents. He attended Nashville State Community Collage and Auburn University.
